Gaetana Rai

Gaetana Rai joined Markraft in early 2024, bringing extensive expertise in human resources across both small and large organizations, including international enterprises. With a Bachelor of Science in Leadership & Development, Gaetana is a people-focused professional who thrives on creating positive experiences for employees.

Originally from Connecticut, Gaetana moved to the area with her husband and their cockapoo, Chance. She is a proud mother of three grown sons and a grandmother who cherishes video calls with her granddaughter. Outside of work, Gaetana enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, and long beach walks.

A SHRM member, she is dedicated to making Markraft a welcoming place for all. Gaetana lives by Maya Angelou’s words, believing that people remember how you make them feel, a philosophy she brings to her daily interactions at Markraft.
